With more than 20 years of experience, we help you navigate the purchase process clearly and carefully — from property selection and viewings to negotiations and practical preparation for the transfer. For the legal side we work with a Dutch-speaking lawyer, and for the administrative side with a gestor.

Property selection & negotiation
Viewings by appointment, seven days a week
We arrange viewings, help analyse the properties, and negotiate on price wherever possible.
Contract, transfer & aftercare
At the notary and beyond
We review the purchase contract, arrange the legal and administrative side together with the lawyer and gestor, and help with the official transfer and practical matters such as utilities.
